Is it really covered? +
Yes, for eligible companies: a for-profit Massachusetts business with 100 or fewer Massachusetts W-2 employees. You pay the $1,800 up front and the state reimburses you after the course, up to 100%, through the Workforce Training Fund Express Program. We walk you through the application and the paperwork. The state needs it at least 21 days before your class, so the registration deadlines are real.
What if AI sends a customer a wrong price? +
It cannot. That is the first rule we teach: anything customer-facing with numbers or commitments gets checked by a second, independent AI and approved by a person before it sends. Nothing goes out on its own.
